1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "User") and MYDRY 30 LLC, doing business as Alcohol Reboot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

Any related websites, applications, digital tools, and features
Any products or services offered by us (collectively, the "Services")

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU:

Confirm you have read and understood these Terms
Agree to be legally bound by them
Represent that you are at least 21 years of age

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. IMPORTANT HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Services are educational and self-awareness tools designed to help you track and understand your drinking patterns.

WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER, AND ALCOHOL REBOOT IS NOT A RECOVERY OR ADDICTION TREATMENT PROGRAM.

The Services do not:

Provide medical advice
Diagnose conditions
Treat disease, alcohol use disorder, or addiction
Provide detox services
Replace licensed healthcare or mental health treatment

Always consult a physician before making changes to your alcohol consumption.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, including alcohol withdrawal symptoms, call 911 immediately.

Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

The Services are intended for self-aware adults seeking to build healthier habits around drinking. They are not appropriate for individuals who require medical detoxification or clinical addiction treatment. If you believe you may need this level of care, please speak with a licensed healthcare provider.

4. ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. FREE SERVICE; FUTURE PAID FEATURES

Alcohol Reboot is currently offered free of charge, with no subscription required.

If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, additional terms covering billing, trials, and cancellation will be presented to you at the time of purchase, and this section will be updated accordingly.

6. USER CONTENT

You may submit journal entries, session reflections, notes, or other content through the Before/During/After session flow or elsewhere in the app ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, analyze, and reproduce such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

You represent that your User Content:

Does not infringe third-party rights
Is not harmful or unlawful

We may remove content at our discretion.

7. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

Account alerts
Program reminders
Motivational messages
Marketing messages (if opted in)

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For help, reply HELP or email support@um.app.

Consent to marketing texts is not required to purchase Services.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. SELF-HYPNOSIS AND WELLNESS CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Alcohol Reboot offers self-hypnosis audio and other wellness content as part of its Toolkit.

This content is:

Educational and relaxation-focused only
Not a substitute for treatment by a licensed hypnotherapist, therapist, or medical provider
Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

You are solely responsible for deciding whether this content is appropriate for you. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a licensed provider before use.

9. GROWTH ACCOUNT (VIRTUAL REWARDS)

The Services may include a "Growth Account" or similar virtual rewards feature that tracks your progress and activity within the app.

Growth Account balances and any associated virtual currency:

Have no cash value

Cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money or property

May be adjusted, reset, or discontinued by us at any time without liability

10. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer the Services
Copy or resell the Services
Scrape data
Use bots or automation
Interfere with platform security
Use the Services unlawfully

Violation may result in termination.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may integrate third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, calendar integrations, or app stores).

We are not responsible for third-party policies or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, characters (including Narissa and Buddy), design, software, and materials are owned by MYDRY 30 LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY
NON-INFRINGEMENT
RELIABILITY

We do not guarantee:

Reduced alcohol consumption
Behavior change success
Specific outcomes

Your results depend on your actions.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Emotional distress
Personal injury

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

$100

The amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Since the Services are currently offered free of charge, this amount will typically be $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYDRY 30 LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of law
Your User Content

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – BINDING ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration.

You waive:

Jury trial rights
Class actions
Representative actions

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.

Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your license ends immediately
We may delete account access (subject to Privacy Policy obligations)

Provisions relating to liability, arbitration, intellectual property, and indemnification survive termination.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting at https://alcoholreboot.app.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
